Wake the Giant

Declan Carville (local author) came to visit primary six to tell us about a Council competition called ‘Wake the Giant’. 

Our task is to write a story/draw a picture or create a storyboard to show how we think the sleeping giant will be woken. 

The festival takes place in Warrenpoint in August. 

The winning entry becomes the person to ‘wake the giant’.  Watch this space for winners!! We have some excellent writers and illustrators in P6 so fingers crossed!!
