Despite the gloomy weather, spirits were sky-high as Primary 6 set off for a fantastic day out at Exploris Aquarium in Portaferry! The adventure began with a scenic ferry journey across Strangford Lough, leading our young explorers to a brilliant array of aquatic life. The pupils were treated to a front-row seat at a lively penguin feeding session and even braved the touch tanks to gently handle live starfish, sea urchins, and snakes. It was an unforgettable experience that has officially inspired a whole new generation of aspiring marine biologists.
