Community Support Hub

Our second event takes place in Newry Leisure Centre on Tuesday 21 April between 3pm and 6pm.

Designed to provide people with the opportunity to connect directly with local service providers, find out what support is available and learn how to get involved in local decision-making.

Representatives will be available from a range of Council departments and statutory and community partners will also join us, including PSNI, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, Education Authority, Southern Health and Social Care Trust’s Promoting Wellbeing team, Translink, Volunteer Now, Community Advice.

The Community Support Hub will provide advice on issues including housing, health and well-being, home and personal safety, training and employment and funding opportunities as well as the opportunity to experience a range of informal leisure activities and free health checks.

No booking is required. Visitors are welcome to drop in at any time during the event.
