Cooking produce from our school garden

Upon arriving back in September our members of the gardening club were keen to see how well our garden flourished over the summer. We were glad to see that lots of our fruit and vegetables were ready for harvesting. From these we made a delicious potato and leek soup and for dessert, apple tart.
