October News Miss Duffy’s class

We had a visit from local author Declan Carville to P3 this month. Declan read The Magic Harp to our class along side some of his other books. We had a great time listening to the stories and looking at all the illustrations before we became author's ourselves and wrote Fergal's second wish. We were creating marble runs in the forest and we looked at practical capacity in Numeracy. Sr Rosemary came to visit us and we went to Newry Market for our local studies.
