Dear Parents/Carers

With many of our children feeling worried and anxious at this unsettling time, Relax Kids💜 have created a fantastic "Calm Pack". (www.relaxkids.com)

I urge you to try the programme at home WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY and have added resources below. 

I will add to it as the weeks go on.

Begin this week by setting up your calm corner at home and try using the calm exercise cards.
