Treasure Trail for Maths Week

In celebration of Maths Week, the children participated in a treasure trail, starting from the classroom and finishing at the school forest. The children had to work together to solve a number of challenges such as finding objects in the shape of a circle, ordering sticks from smallest to largest/shortest to longest, collecting leaves similar in shape and size and spotting any hidden patterns. Miss McCaughey was very impressed with their problem-solving and reasoning skills during this.
