Home Yoga for Children's Mental Health Week

At the start of Children’s Mental Health Week I had three little St Clare’s Abbey pupils from Mrs Walsh’s P.2 class help me with my exercises. Ailbe, Elodhi and Mya decided to join me in stretching and yoga. It was very relaxing and made us all feel happy.
