Gymnastics

On Sunday 8^th of March two girls from primaries 6 and 7 represented St Clare’s Abbey by competing in the British Schools’ Gymnastics competition held in Banbridge Leisure centre.  The competition was tough and the girls did very well to take 3^rd place with their U11 floor routine.  A special thank you to their coach Cushla Connor for all her hard work. Well done and good luck to Ballysillan Primary school, Belfast who took  1^st place and will now go on to represent Northern Ireland schools in the National competition in Stoke-On-Trent in May.
