March in Mr Digney's P5

This month we have been busy working hard and enjoying our learning. We learned about the features of instructional writing, played instructional games and took on the role of television presenters to create our own instructional videos. In numeracy we explored division, learning how to divide large numbers both with practical materials and with a new method called 'chunking', we also enjoyed investigating nets of cubes and other 3D shapes.
