P7 project - Mr McEntee's class

As part of their World Around Us topic 'The Irish Famine,' P7 completed a project which involved them creating their own Famine ships. They used a minimum of 3 types of recyclable/reusable materials to create their ship whilst ensuring that they chose the correct materials to make certain that their ship floated in water. Their project also included research on original Famine ships, a labelled diagram and description of their ship along with a diary outlining everything they did throughout the project.
