Recordings of School Plays

IMPORTANT!! 

I write to inform you of a practical issue relating to the recording of your son/daughter’s Christmas play/singsong. As you will be aware you gave permission at the start of the year for your child’s digital image to be used in various aspects of school life. As such we are happy for school plays to be recorded in classes where all parents/guardians gave permission (This is not the case in all classes due to very genuine circumstances and guests will be informed at each performance whether they can record.) HOWEVER, recording can only happen on the condition that they are kept for private use. They CANNOT be shared on any SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES eg FACEBOOK. YOUTUBE

I expect all guests to adhere to this condition and am very clear that should we have a breach of this, the family of the child involved will not be permitted to record any future school performances.
