Dear Parents/ Carers and Children

 

Welcome to Relax Kids week 8, I hope you are all happy and well.

 

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week - Theme is Kindness💜

 

Kindness to others and most importantly to yourself is paramount for our Mental Health, especially in these difficult times,

 

Kindness has so many benefits including increased happiness, self esteem, energy and boosts our health.

 

Remember a small act of kindness can change your day or someone else’s.

 

It is a wonderful quality for anyone to have.

 

Try these Acts of kindness and see who’s day you can make, and how it can make you feel 😁💜

 

  1. Give someone a compliment
  2. Share something with someone
  3. Tidy up without being asked
  4. Thank an adult for something they do for you.
  5. Give someone in your home a hug
  6. Make someone a card.
  7. You can also use the Kindness Generator on our page to get ideas for the whole family to use 💜🌈

 

A compliment or kind word to someone can make their day.💜😁
